Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-Time Position
• Rate: $55,000/ annually

Job Description

Dining Manager develops, plans, coordinates and executes the food service activities of the Independent Living and Personal Care areas, personally or through delegating duties to kitchen staff ensuring the highest quality of food production, presentation, delivery and clean up.

• Plan, assign and direct work while providing continuous coaching and mentoring on standards and policies. 
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to successfully meet budget and cost efficiently within the kitchen and serving functions for daily operation. 
• Conduct regular quality and compliance checks. 
• Participate in ongoing process of Quality Improvement to evaluate and improve upon services and standards. 
• Provides culinary guidance and assists with cooking as necessary
• Act as Manager on Duty as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• 7-10 years related experience or equivalent combination of experience and culinary training. 
• Experience in senior living or retirement community is preferred.
