Overview:

• Experienced staff member of the organization with demonstrated ability in providing portfolio, program, and project management support.
• Must understand project management principles and techniques and have project management work experience in a biomedical, pharmaceutical, biotech, academic medical center, or health-related organization.
• Must exhibit the organization and management skills required to lead a team of project managers and project coordinators involved in many diverse programs and projects of varying size and complexity.
• Must possess the communication skills and attention to detail required to effectively coordinate projects across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Must also have experience developing project management processes, tools, and templates to strengthen an organization’s project management approach.

Qualifications:

• This role must have a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (e.g., science, public health, business or project management), a master’s degree is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in portfolio, program, and project management support. If degree is not in a science-related field, at least 5 years of that experience must be in a biomedical, pharmaceutical, biotech, academic medical center, or health-related organization.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in serving as a team lead / project lead position.
• Operational program/project management e
