The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead to guide a group of associates in daily warehouse operations. This is an ideal role for someone who leads with integrity, communicates with clarity, and drives efficiency through problem-solving and coaching. You'll be responsible for fostering a strong team culture while meeting operational goals in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily pre-shift meetings, including safety stretches and updates

• Conduct safety observations and coach safe work practices

• Act as a liaison between associates and site leadership, providing support and consistent communication

• Train and coach team members to ensure performance expectations are met or exceeded

• Help identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and workflow

• Take ownership of your designated area and ensure team readiness and task completion

• Work directly with customer staff and delivery drivers in a professional, solution-focused manner

• Perform yard marshalling duties, and assist with unloading/loading pallets as needed

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or team leadership is a plus (but not required – we’ll train the right person!)

• Energetic and reliable, with the ability to lift 25–75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

• High-energy and physically fit – this is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role
