Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a well-qualified Staff Software Development Analyst expert to join our dynamic BOA/OPIR team. 

Please note that due to the classified nature of this program, the selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time, at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. This is not a remote position.

Basic Qualifications

  • Staff Level: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Master's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. 16 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in researching, design, development, and/or modification of enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.

  • Experience with planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards .
  • Work related experience evaluating interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system.
  • Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections
  • Must be a U.S. citizen have Secret clearance prior to starting and the ability to maintain the Secret clearance.

  • Ability to work independently under general direction and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively within and outside the organization

Primary Level Salary Range: $155,400.00 - $233,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
