Job Description

Autodoc is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for our Supply Chain Digital Platforms team. They will be responsible for managing projects in the to Supply Chain Process automation area (digital products development, external systems onboarding, integration with 3rd parties systems, and existing IT services extensions).

Responsibilities:

• Lead, drive, and manage of integration and automation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

• Develop and execute project plans, including defining project tasks, resource allocation, and scheduling.

• Coordinate and manage project resources, both internal and external, to ensure efficient project execution.

• Managing a team within several functions/departments and external project participants (contractors).

• Monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Delivery Teams, business units, vendors, and partners, to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.

• Identify opportunities for Private Brands business process automation and optimization, leveraging 3rd party services and technologies. 

Qualifications:

• Proven 7+ years of commercial project management experience with a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, proficiency in project management tools.

• Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with Supply Chain applications (ERP, TMS, OMS) and financial literacy.

• Proficiency in IT integration tools and methods.

• Motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to wor

• International work experience with excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in generating multiple solutions for complex problems.

• Effective stakeholders' management at various levels.

• Expertise in conducting productive meetings and workshops.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) will be a plus.

• Upper-intermediate level of English.
