Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems.
• Order Processing: Handle purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
• Customer Service: Communicate with clients or vendors regarding orders and deliveries.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and other operational metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory and warehouse management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly
