The Role 

We are looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join our Second Line Risk and Compliance Function in Europe.  The role holder will be accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of risk management policies, processes and frameworks. There will be a specific focus on the European business, but a key success factor will be to work across the Group co-ordinating and aligning with the UK business to drive consistency and share best practices across the organisation. The role will work across all risk types relevant to an EMI/Payments business including operational, information/IT security, prudential, financial crime, safeguarding and operational resilience.   

Modulr has a strong team with extensive experience in payments, so you will have a chance to learn from some experts with a real passion for developing the business.    

Specific duties 

• Drive the strategy to develop our European and support Group wide risk management strategy, ensuring they are underpinned with appropriate policies, frameworks and processes. 

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operation of our risk management processes, providing guidance and support across the business, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
