Location: Southern California (OC, LA, SD) or Arizona (Phoenix/Mesa) — Hybrid
Travel: 50%
Work Type: Full-Time | Salary Range: $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Overseeing the construction of new Luna Grill restaurants and refreshing existing locations.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, vendors, and timelines — ensuring every project is safe, on time, and on budget.
• Working side-by-side with our Real Estate, Design, and Operations teams to bring each new restaurant vision to life.
• Supporting our site selection process by offering construction insights early in the project.
• Keeping all project documentation organized — from RFIs and submittals to warranties and closeouts.
• Track and manage owner and internal change orders efficiently and communicate prior to incurring costs.
• Assist with material/equipment ordering and hiring of general contractors and vendors as needed.
• Schedule and manage preconstruction and project-specific meetings.
• Building strong relationships with everyone involved — because collaboration is key to how we work.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has 5+ years of hands-on construction project management experience in restaurant or retail required.
• Knows tenant improvements and kitchen equipment installations.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred, or a combination of education/experience required.
• Is organized, detail-obsessed, and thrives when juggling multiple projects.
• Communicates clearly and professionally — both on the job site and in the boardroom.
• Expert with Microsoft Office Suites and Blue Beam
• Knows their way around AutoCAD is a big plus
• Believes in working with urgency, ownership, and pride.
• Can travel about half the time across Southern California, Arizona and Texas.

Compensation & Perks:
• Salary range: $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience
