A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Suites Dessert Cart Server –

• Responsible for greeting each suite and serving guests on the venue’s Suites Level (with a smile on your face ��)
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete dessert menu and products on hand during event
• Fulfill guest orders for food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
• Re-stock work stations as necessary
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payment for purchased food items
• Maintain cleanliness of dessert cart and in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments
• Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
• Work both independently and with a team
• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as Point-of-Sale systems
• Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs
• 2+ years of experience working in high volume, fine dining atmosphere preferred
• Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
• Enjoy free food (we’ll feed you during every shift)
