This role is pivotal in enhancing developer productivity and infrastructure maturity through automation, streamlined workflows, and platform stability. You will enable engineering teams to be self-sufficient while ensuring SimCorp’s hosted environments operate securely, reliably, and efficiently on cloud platforms like Azure. You will be working alongside a team of highly skilled, passionate, and forward-thinking technologists who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.</p><p></p><p><b>WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR</b> </p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or TeamCity preferred). </li></ul><ul><li>Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using tools like Terraform/OpenTofu, ARM, and Bicep. </li></ul><ul><li>Mature and automate Azure-based solutions, ensuring maintainability and performance. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with engineers to refine and implement DevOps best practices. </li></ul><ul><li>Proactively contribute to code reviews, test automation, sprint planning, and team <span>retrospectives. </span></li></ul><ul><li>Troubleshoot and support infrastructure in production and development environments. </li></ul><ul><li>Promote knowledge sharing and foster a DevOps culture within the team. </li></ul><ul><li>Explore and adopt emerging technologies to improve platform efficiency and developer experience. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>TECHNICAL SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS</b> </p><p><b>Essential:</b> </p><ul><li>Deep expertise in GitHub Actions and/or TeamCity or any other CI tool. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong PowerShell scripting skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Azure cloud proficiency, including AAD, DNS, Networking, and resource management. </li></ul><ul><li><span>Infrastructure-as-Code</span> (Terraform, OpenTofu, ARM templates, or Bicep). </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). </li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of security best practices in cloud and CI/CD environments. </li></ul><p><b>Desirable:</b> </p><ul><li>Bash, Python, or JavaScript scripting. </li></ul><ul><li>Kotlin or .NET experience. </li></ul><ul><li>SonarQube or other static code analysis tools. </li></ul><ul><li>Monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana. </li></ul><ul><li>AI integration into developer workflows or pipelines. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT WE VALUE</b> </p><ul><li>A developer-first mindset and track record of improving developer feedback cycles. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with monolithic and modern codebases (e.g., C#). </li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Autonomy, proactivity, and a drive for continuous improvement. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to collaborate across teams and mentor junior engineers. </li></ul><ul><li>Fluent in English (CEFR Level C1 or above). </li></ul><p></p><p><b>BENEFITS</b></p><p>Competitive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
