Director, Independent Customer Channel Leader

This leader’s mission is to strategically develop and optimize the independent customer channel (for Clinical and Group Business Units) to achieve consistent revenue growth and increased profitability. 

In this role you will get to:

• Drive growth for the Independent channel 
• Decrease cost-to-serve for the Independent/Digital channel
• Build capabilities and processes to drive continuous improvement of distribution excellence for this channel 
• Enhance customer experience for independent purchasing and fulfillment

Requirements

• Bachelors in Business or Marketing
• Masters preferred
• 5+ years in impactful Product, Marketing, or Technology roles
• Strong analytical skills for data-informed strategies.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Innovative leader with a drive for growth and teamwork.
• Financial management and budgeting experience
• Skills in digital consumer engagement, platform optimization, and targeted marketing.
• Ability to do strategic planning, process design, and project management

Physical Requirements for this position 

• Remote 
• Up to 10% travel for off-site team meetings
• May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods
