Description

The Sr. Workday Recruiting/Vndly Business Systems Analyst plays a key role in the implementation, management, support, and maintenance of Verily’s HR systems and processes. A successful candidate will be a hands-on subject matter expert for Workday Recruitment, Onboarding, Vndly (Verily Contingent Workforce solution), and will also have deep configuration knowledge in one additional Workday module (e.g., Talent & Performance, Absence). As a Sr. Workday Business Systems Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert and will support the business and System Integrators during the implementation. You will be responsible for designing, building, implementing and maintaining the Workday HCM suite.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve the recruitment processes within Workday to streamline candidate sourcing, application, assessment, and selection as well as continuously optimize processes for efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
• Serve as a strong consultative partner and provide ongoing support / training to functional owners and end users (such as HR professionals, managers and employees) by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex system issues and inquiries. 
• Partner with key stakeholders to create system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases. Lead testing strategy and efforts for system and user acceptance testing. 
• Develop and create customized reports and dashboards for all areas of the business such as partner with People Analytics to assist them with reporting and dashboards related to Recruiting and Contingent Workforce. 
• Safeguard sensitive information and ensure data privacy, lead data conversions and testing activities during the implementation and post implementation for any M&A projects in future. Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 7 years of business systems analysis/engineering, solution design, configuration and deployment experience  in Workday HCM,  with a focus on Recruitment and Contingent Workforce systems. Full life cycle implementation & production support experience. 
• Expert level understanding of the Recruiting, Onboarding & Core HCM modules, business processes, technical & configuration capabilities, and maintain a level of mastery for future releases. Ensure accurate representation of the organization's recruiting processes, job openings, candidate data, and talent pipelines. 
• Have led projects related to enhancing the recruiting & onboarding experience, implementing new features or integrations within the Workday Recruiting module, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Well-versed and experienced In EIB Data Loads.
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and focus on quality.Self-starter, self-motivated with excellent time management and project management (demand collection/planning), communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Workday Recruitment certification is highly desirable. Other Workday certifications are preferred (Talent & Performance or Core HCM).
• Vndly Implementation or production support experience. Experience with other Workday modules - Candidate Engagement, HR Case Mgmt, Peakon, Journey, 
• Strong expertise in Workday business processes, Security and Reporting frameworks.
• CornerStone OnDemand LMS, Jira, Project Management & ADP GlobalView experience. 
• Data migration and testing lead experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. You
