Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to serve as Rehab Director at our beautiful continuum-of-care senior community in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

Rehab Director Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Therapy Department to ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery


Supervise, mentor, and develop therapy staff


Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized resident care


Provide direct patient care while overseeing departmental operations


Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity standards


Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations


Monitor clinical outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies


Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture


Maintain regulatory readiness and documentation accuracy


Advocate for residents to maximize functional independence and quality of life

Qualifications

Licensed OTR in Wisconsin


Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF preferred
