As a Digital Engineering Lead practitioner on our team, you’ll have the chance to lead the development and upgrades of a critical infrastructure by leading digital engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. You Have:

• 8+ years of experience with systems engineering activities

• 5+ years of experience with the use or application of MBSE tools,

• Experience leading engineering teams

• Knowledge of core systems and digital engineering concepts regarding the use of engineering models across the lifecycle, authoritative lifecycle data, tool chains, digital threads, and digital twins

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with supporting engineering tools, including Dassault 3DS, SBE Vision, IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, ModelCenter, TeamCenter, MATLAB, STK, and CAD tools such as CATIA and SolidWorks

• Experience in a Department of Defense program acquisition office

• Experience conceptualizing military problems, decomposing high-level missions systems modeling, and developing detailed designs in a systems model in support of product development

• Experience developing and executing model-based testing using the systems model with linked engineering tools

• Knowledge of linking analytical and engineering tools in a digital thread

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

• SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification

• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
