About the role
Schedule: Per Diem, as needed, evenings, weekends required
Job Competencies
- Interact in a courteous, confidential and professional manner at all times with guests, residents and staff.
- Assist and direct residents to the appropriate department when presented with a question, schedule transportation services, makes reservations for various community events and performs secretarial/clerical duties.
- Remain available at the Resident Services Desk for guests, residents and staff at all times during assigned shift.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Experience with the elderly.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proper phone etiquette & customer service skills.
Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.00
Starting Pay: Based on experience
