Service Associate - Insurance Services, ESR

Our partner is looking for a Service Associate - Insurance Services, ESR in St. Petersburg, FL.

Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for ESR clients. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle an individual book of clients.
• Take inbound and outbound calls to obtain client information
• Updates clients health premium information
• Utilizes Excel for reporting, client list, etc
• Assist other team members with their book of business during busy season

Requirements

• 1 year of Contact center or call center experience - preferred
• proficient in MS Excel and experience working with salesforce is preferred
• Employee benefits, health insurance, or claims experience - preferred
