Outpatient Clinic Manager
Steadfast HealthAbout the role
At Steadfast Health, we're on a mission to deliver hope, healing, and long-term health to those experiencing substance use disorder, through best-in-class addiction treatment and an unwavering belief that lasting recovery comes from partnering with our patients as respected equals in their care journey. We're a passionate team striving to raise the standard of compassionate care for our patients, and we know that to do that, we must care for our people first.
Why This Role Exists
We're hiring the founding Clinic Manager for our new outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) treatment center in Raleigh, NC. Steadfast Health operates clinics across multiple states, and Raleigh will be our next launch where we will use a playbook we've refined through every prior launch: proven hiring processes, clinical protocols, and operational systems that let a new Clinic Manager focus on building a strong local team and culture rather than inventing infrastructure from zero.
The Clinic Manager exists to own the daily operations of a outpatient SUD clinic — and is made for someone who wants to lead, stabilize, and grow a new site, backed by an organization with an established foundation and a track record of successful clinic launches. This isn't a from-scratch build: you'll have the benefit of Steadfast's existing operational playbook, clinical standards, and organizational support, while still getting the ground-floor experience of shaping your own team and clinic culture from day one.
This role is a strong fit for candidates coming from outpatient behavioral health, mental health, or substance use disorder treatment settings.
Base salary range: $90,000 - $110,000, with a 10% performance based bonus program.
