Technical Lead

This role is designed for a high-agency engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of product vision, technical execution, and AI-driven innovation. You will act as a key technical partner to founders and cross-functional teams, translating ambitious and often ambiguous product ideas into clear, executable engineering plans. Operating across backend, frontend, mobile, AI, and data systems, you will help shape both the architecture and the execution strategy behind a fast-evolving consumer platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where deep technical problem-solving is as important as strategic thinking and coordination. You will be expected to unblock complex engineering challenges, elevate engineering standards, and accelerate delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
