For one of our five Italian locations, located in Momo ( NO), we are looking for a Global Category Leader. Your responsibilities:

Define and implement Global Category strategy – strategic benchmark, internal stakeholder alignment multi-site
Drive supplier sourcing activities for the category, including regular technology intelligence monitoring
Develop a pipeline of cost reduction initiatives and opportunities across all sourcing leverages
Act as a Key Account Manager for strategic vendors
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure they adopt and deliver strategy sourcing plans
Ensure consistency of sourcing roadmap data and target achievements
Define, adopt by stakeholders and drive execution of Category Strategy
Lead negotiation, business review and key commercial terms with its suppliers
Ensure >80% Contract and NDA coverage with all suppliers
Coordinate and deliver the cost reduction projects according to the roadmap across sites/PL and functions
Lead Category budget preparation
Supplier market analysis and benchmark, technology intelligence monitoring
Act as the focal point for category subject matter expertise
Manage and promote category activates across sites/PL
Functional management of Global Buyers
