<h2>Role profile:</h2><p><span>The successful candidate will work with multiple collaborators across the company to support Requirements collection, documentation, validation, analysis, transformation, tracking, delivery and testing elements.</span></p><p><span>The mission statement our team is to 'Deliver Changes seamlessly supporting Operations'.</span></p><p><span>Our team provides Project Management, Business Analysis, Activity Tracking support for Collaborators, Requirements Gathering, Delivery and Acceptance Testing driven by Product Launches, Partnerships and Merger/Acquisitions. </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Role Summary:</span></b></p><p><span>The role requires collaboration with multiple cross divisional and functional teams including Operations, Sales, Product and Technology</span></p><p><span>Requirements may be Product-related, tool improvements, customer service enhancements, process automation or Operational/Business risk reduction within our Foreign Exchange (FX) products.</span></p><p><span>Our Technology Delivery Partners include Trading Platform development (Millennium IT), IT Service Management, Customer Relationship Management and other internal tooling systems.</span></p><p><span>Initial requirements may include Customer Live Chat, Customer Onboarding/Platform Migration and FX Service Model related.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Workstyle Model: </b></p><p><span>We know balance is the key, therefore we propose hybrid way of working. You are welcome to work from our brand-new office every day, but you have still an opportunity to stay at home if needed. In this position you can work 2 days a week from home.</span></p><p><b>What you'll be doing:</b></p><ul><li>Writing detailed Business Requirements ( including Acceptance Criteria ) and other supporting documentation ( such as process/procedural, testing or training related ).</li><li>Work with Project Manager to drive requirements lifecycle that involve multiple collaborators including capture, documentation, validation, analysis, transformation, tracking, delivery and testing elements.</li><li>Data Analysis and Visualisation, use of Business Intelligence tooling, Research and Process-related activities.</li><li>Undertakes analytical, experimental, investigative and other fact-finding work in support of team initiatives.</li><li>Produces technical documentation including product and solution specifications.</li><li>Evaluates new technology developments and evolving business requirements to recommend appropriate alternatives and / or enhancements to current systems.</li><li>Identify project risks and issues, propose for mitigation actions and ensure high priority items are raised to project steering committee for decision making.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you'll bring:</b></p><ul><li>3+ years Business Analysis experience</li><li>Experience working in medium/large scale Project</li><li>Business Analysis Qualification/s (beneficial)</li><li>Financial Markets Knowledge and/or Financial Services industry experience (beneficial)</li><li>Requirements Tracking Tooling (Jira/Asana/Other) (beneficial)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Proficiency</b></p><p>Successful candidate brings all or most of the skills and proficiencies mentioned below.</p><ul><li>Communication - Communicates and documents with clarity and precision, presenting complex / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.</li><li>Relationship Management – Builds and maintains relationships with collaborators.</li><li>Data Analysis and Visualisation – performs detailed analysis and uses visualisation tooling to report findings and display results.</li><li>Problem Solving - Defines a problem, generates solutions, and evaluates and identifies the best solution to overcome the problem</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Influence - Engages in discussion to reach an agreement and create outcomes, affecting the action, behaviours, or opinions of others.</li><li>Project Management Methodologies - Uses project management methodologies to lead project resources and activities (Agile).</li><li>Technical Knowledge - Develops and applies depth and/or breadth of knowledge across relevant markets, products and/or tools​.
