About the role

The Temporary Assistant Director of Corporate and Workforce Partnerships will support the day-to-day operations of Brandeis University Online’s employer partnerships. This role helps maintain relationships with existing partners, supports new partnership activity, coordinates advisory council efforts, and assists with events and communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to manage several projects at once.


The hourly rate for this position is $39.00.


Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Support and Outreach

  • Assist with early-stage outreach to potential corporate partners and schedule introductory meetings.

  • Continue to develop and connect with existing active partnerships.

  • Help prepare partnership materials, including talking points, emails, and draft MOUs.

  • Maintain partner and contact information in spreadsheets and related tracking systems.

Enrollment and Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate information sessions, webinars, and other engagement opportunities with current partners.

  • Share approved marketing materials such as flyers, email templates, and web links with partner HR and L&D teams.

  • Track partner engagement and interest for upcoming academic sessions.

Advisory Council Support

  • Assist with scheduling advisory council meetings and sending calendar invites.

  • Collaborate with Academic Innovation team and Faculty Chairs to draft agendas and assemble slide decks and supporting materials.

  • Maintain up-to-date rosters and contact lists for advisory council members.

Event and External Relations Support

  • Identify and prepare for professional events, networking sessions, and workforce development activities.

  • Capture notes and follow-up items from events and store them in shared files.

General Administrative Support

  • Organize and update shared Google Drive folders and documents.

  • Assist with scheduling, email coordination, and data entry.

  • Design, Draft, and send monthly newsletter to partners using Beefree software and Slate).

  • Establish multichannel marketing approaches to send partners pertinent information about Brandeis products.

  • Respond to routine partner questions and route more complex inquiries to the appropriate Brandeis teams if required.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and shared online documents (Google Workspace or similar).

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.

  • Professional and customer-focused demeanor when interacting with external partners.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership or workforce development.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines.

  • A professional, approachable demeanor and strong interpersonal skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.

Timeframe:
This is a temporary position for approximately 17 weeks, beginning on or around January 12, 2026, and concluding on or around May 14th, 2026, with some flexibility based on candidate availability.
