Target Range:

$25.00/Hr. - $29.00/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The role of the Junior Client Service Advocate (JCSA) is a customer-facing position. The JCSA answers client inquiries, processes account transactions and serves as a subject matter expert on some aspects of products being serviced by the team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with our clients
• Anticipate and respond to client needs and resolve client issues 
• Ability to interact and communicate in a professional and friendly manner with business partners across the organization and the financial industry
• Review documentation and process requests
• Analyze information to ensure high level of quality 
• Interface with a variety of systems and departments to resolve tasks
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain a high degree of regulatory compliance and escalate any potential risk
• Participate in special projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Prior financial experience a plus
• Knowledge of Securities Industry Rules and Regulations a plus
• Proven passion for providing a positive client experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and processes
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Comfortable in changing environments with the ability to adapt easily
• Detail oriented with exceptional quality and productivity
• Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Team player with ability to maintain a positive work environment
• Mentality of engagement with “growth and evolution” mindset
