Lockheed Martin Space in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a System Integration Engineer. In this role, you will work with a small team to resolve missile system issues and discoveries over the lifecycle of the program. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of CAD tools and basic knowledge of mechanical systems. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require obtaining a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Materials, or other related discipline (and/or equivalent experience).
• Coursework/experience in mechanical design
• Experience with CAD tools
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Missile and/or aerospace related education or experience
• Fluency in modeling and analysis tools
• Manufacturing processes and/or additive manufacturing experience

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
