About the Role
We are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality.
• Oversees the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage outlets
• Maintain personal contact with in-house guests and clients to ensure guest loyalty
• Supervise food & beverage staff including assisting in recruitment & selection, training & development, scheduling and other employee relations' issues.
• Is trained and able to perform any food & beverage front of house position at the property.
• Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by ensuring policies and procedures are executed shift to shift.
• Ensure all food & beverage reporting is completed in a timely fashion.
** Starting wage for this position is $21.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**
