We are looking for a Senior Director to lead our Production Support organization in IFP (Injectable Finished Products) in Kalundborg. </p> <p> </p> <p>Apply today for a life-changing career and make a difference in the lives of millions of patients around the world!</p> <p> </p> <p>The position</p> <p>As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams, including project management organization, facilities management, training, and EHS. You will have 11 direct reports, including 5 managers and 1 department assistant. You will be working within a project organisation, scaling up the factory for the future, where multiple interlinked projects aim to secure a successful entry of new technology and ways of working. Furthermore, you will be reporting to Corporate Vice President, Gerrit Liebgen and you will be a part of the local IFP Kalundborg management team that sets the direction for the site.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can look forward to: </p> <ul> <li>General management and leadership of IFP Kalundborg, Production Support</li> <li>Ensuring that the department has clear objectives and targets</li> <li>Developing the Lean maturity of the department through coaching of leaders, and securing a continuous improvement culture</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Overall, you will be maintaining and developing the organisation to ensure the right competences, people development and succession management.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>We imagine that a successful candidate will be an experienced leader, motivated by optimizing production facilities and creating a safe and compliant working environment. You probably have:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>An academic degree within life sciences, production, engineering or a similar field</li> <li>A proven track record of people leadership; ability to motivate others to advance goals, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects or roles in a rapidly evolving environment</li> <li>A curious and empathetic mindset towards the team and stakeholders and experience working in a matrix and cross-geographic organization</li> <li>Proven experience in production optimization using Lean, Six Sigma or other techniques is preferable</li> <li>Experience working in a regulated industry</li> <li>Experience in facilities, projects, training, or EHS is a plus</li> </ul> <p>As a person, you have a strong quality mindset, good communication skills and ability to work independently and flexibly. You are result-oriented, responsible, ambitious and reliable. You are committed to your work and have a high driving force.</p> <p> </p> <p>About the department</p> <p>You will be a part of IFP across 7 production sites in 5 countries. We are the last step in the supply chain before our products are being shipped to patients worldwide.
