That’s where you come in! As the Accounting Manager, you will manage all financial operations for our US office. YOU WILL
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
- Prepare monthly GL account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with rules and US GAAP both for internal and external purposes
- Develop analysis on financial results (actual vs. budget, trends, drivers, benchmarks)
- Assist with the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Manage shipment and customs for products at local and international level
- Oversee all payroll activities and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and filings
- Manage and comply with local, state, federal, and international government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Manage external audits by providing reports, reconciliations, and interfacing with external auditors, as required
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities Drive to continuously improve the accounting and reporting process, identify and implement efficiency/automation across the accounting function
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree
- 10 years of experience in accounting-related functions: payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, inventory management
- Strong in-depth working knowledge of US GAAP and local regulations, month-end close processes, operational accounting procedures, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proactive in finding discrepancies in their solution
- Experience working and partnering with external auditors
- Collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to self-motivate, adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Active CPA license
- Accounting experience with Netsuite
- Experience in high-growth SaaS and technology product companies
- Experience in the Big 4
