Executive (Techno-Digital Portfolio)

Job Description:

1. Assist in the shaping and designing of the short-mid-long term strategy for techno-digital, IT and commercialization
2. Facilitate periodic review and revalidation of strategic direction by consolidating and analysing feedback, strategic insights, and intelligence.
3. Execute the translation of strategies as well as draw thought provoking insights/ intelligence from analysis and findings onto the overall portfolio.
4. Establish the budget and target setting commitment for techno-digital, IT and commercialization portfolio and analyze business performance gaps including effective mitigation and intervention plans.
5. Monitor the market and adapt to changes (e.g. new technologies, shifting customer demand etc) to help the company to stay ahead of the curve and maintain its competitive advantage.
6. Foster and sustain effective working relationships with the sectorial departments and other internal stakeholders

Qualification:

• Degree in Business Management/ Strategic Planning
• Degree equivalent or higher certification in an engineering-related field

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of Oil & Gas 
• Possess a critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent in communication skills – the ability to influence/ convince stakeholders to support an idea/ agenda/ direction.
• Knowledge and understanding of energy sector, with deep understanding of how commercial factors, market trends and consumers’ trends affect the sector
