Summary:  Support the global HR organization in the processing of HR transactions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Process HR related actions such as new hires, employee changes and terminations.
• Support Talent Acquisition operations by creating requisitions and generating offers through the HRIS. 
• Supports new hire onboarding activities such as coordinating new hire communications, conducting orientation, and I-9 management.
• Manage the HR Operations inbox by responding or triaging requests.
• Monitors completion of background check and drug screening process. 
• Maintain employee records including active and inactive employee files and provide support for storage of records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred. 
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience. Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
