We have an exciting opportunity for a Visiting Services Technician. This position is located at the DOC Headquarters in Salem, Oregon.
*Note: Effective Jan. 1, 2025, the compensation plan for this position will be adjusted to reflect a Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) of 6.55%. The salary listed in this posting does not reflect the COLA.
About the Job – Your Role
This position provides administrative support to the Programs and Services team with a focus on Visiting Services. Excellent customer service to stakeholders throughout the state is imperative.
In this position, you will be processing applications, monitor progress, collect, and interpret data, and ensure compliance with all rules and policies. You will work with the community to explain visiting rules and process as part of our ongoing commitment to customer service.
This position directly supports the mission of the department by increasing access to visiting and connecting adults in custody with their community and support struc
