Job Description

Join our powerful and diverse team at Jellyfish as a Senior Digital Project Manager and contribute to our global network of talented individuals who are dedicated to inspiring clients, partners, and each other.

The Senior Digital Project Manager will be responsible for managing the scoping and briefing process, estimates, timelines, production workflows, and delivery for localized digital assets.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Client Management, Content Management (language), and Production teams, acting as the project lead.

They will also have a strong background in digital project management with at least 4 - 7  years of experience working in marketing or asset production.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of working in marketing or a fast-paced production agency environment. Experience working with an enterprise-level technology client preferred.
• Mastery in establishing scopes, creating schedules, developing estimates, and managing production resourcing.
• Strong budget management skills, closely monitoring scope changes, keeping track of client Purchase Orders, and managing invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects.
• Proficiency with project management software tools and GSheets and the ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
• Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, consistent, clear project documentation, detailed GSheet trackers and both client-facing and internal status reports.
• The flexibility to adjust to constantly changing client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project details.
• Multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working well under pressure.
• A self-starter who is able to work independently and prioritize quickly, while balancing the need for collaborative problem-solving and team input
• A compelling sense of responsibility and project ownership, with a strong work ethic and a motivation to learn.
• A positive team leader with the ability to bring team members together with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone implications for deadlines, communicating clearly with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences.
• 4-7 years of experience working in marketing or asset production.

Additional Information

The salary banding for this role is between 74K - 97K USD annually.
