Role Summary
The Field Service Productivity Coordinator is a B‑Band individual contributor responsible for execution and coordination of Customer Engineering operational support activities that enable service readiness, uptime, quality compliance, and customer commitments. The role operates with moderate autonomy, applies established CE processes and BKMs, and partners cross‑functionally to maintain operational discipline and KPI performance.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and coordinate Service Orders, RTS, TES, and parts disposition in alignment with CE and Supply Chain processes.
Maintain materials, tooling, and spares readiness; lead weekly parts reviews with Spares Planning and FSO.
Own operational KPI tracking and reporting (SO cycle time, IWN quality, materials aging, training compliance, productivity).
Analyze trends, identify risks, and drive standard countermeasures; track corrective actions to closure.
Support workforce productivity through scheduling coordination, timecard accuracy, and coverage planning.
Maintain SOPs, BKMs, and CE documentation; support onboarding, training compliance, and competency tracking.
Conduct quality checks on IWN documentation, SO compliance, parts handling, and ARK verifications.
Prepare materials and summaries for customer visits, audits, and operational reviews.
Own operational administration: IWN updates, iCapability Plus approvals, SO administration, TES workflows, parts returns, WIP/WDRs/OnDemand billing, and install base accuracy.
