We are all led by the same core values and believe in the powerful potential of large companies to have a positive impact on the world. </em></p><p>The expansion of the Strategy Department means we are now looking to recruit a new <strong>Senior Strategy Manager</strong> in Visé, Belgium and reporting to the Director of Business Strategy.</p><p><strong>Can you say yes ?</strong></p><ul> <li>Do you have experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results?</li> <li>Are you skilled in developing and executing strategic initiatives across multiple regions?</li> <li>Can you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing high-stakes projects with resilience?</li> <li>Can you effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive strategic alignment?</li> </ul><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><p>As <strong>Senior Strategy Manager</strong>, you will be responsible for the management of the daily operations of the Strategy Business Unit and its team, while driving the development and execution of long-term business strategies and overseeing the Knauf strategy portfolio and transformation projects. </p><p>More specifically, your responsibilities include:</p><ul> <li> <strong>Daily Operations &amp; Team Management:</strong><ul> <li>Lead the daily operations of the Strategy Business Unit, ensuring seamless coordination and effective execution of projects.</li> <li>Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, including a Business Analyst Manager, Business Process Transformation Manager, Marketing Intelligence Specialist, and Junior Business Analyst.</li> <li>Oversee team performance, resource allocation, and professional development, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <strong>Strategy Development &amp; Execution:</strong><ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of the business strategy in close collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.</li> <li>Oversee long-term planning processes and ensure the delivery of actionable strategic initiatives to meet business growth targets.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <strong>Portfolio Management:</strong><ul> <li>Manage the Knauf Strategy portfolio, ensuring timely execution of key strategic projects and transformation initiatives.</li> <li>Establish governance structures to track project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery of results.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <strong>Transformation &amp; Change Management:</strong><ul> <li>Lead the implementation of large-scale transformation projects, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation.</li> <li>Manage change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and the adoption of new systems and processes.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong><ul> <li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic priorities.</li> <li>Present regular updates on strategy, performance metrics, and project progress to executive leadership.</li> </ul> </li> </ul><p><strong>What we’d love for you to have:</strong></p><p>We’re interested in you as a person—your attitude, behaviors, and values.
