Position Description
The QA/Test Engineer ensures the quality and reliability of system releases through structured testing and validation processes. This role works closely with functional and technical teams to ensure system integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 8+ years of experience in QA/testing for enterprise systems
- Knowledge of Oracle functional testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Perform regression and integration testing
- Track and manage defects using tools (e.g., Jira)
- Validate system functionality and business requirements
- Support release verification and quality reporting
- Maintain testing documentation
