Full Time – New Building Opening White Plains, NY – Days

NewYork-Presbyterian is committed to providing the highest quality care to residents of Westchester County and surrounding communities. Opening in September 2025, a new, multi-disciplinary, state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility will offer a wide range of adult and pediatric specialty care services, all under one roof, delivered by exceptional care teams led by trusted Columbia doctors. Located at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, the center will set a new standard for superior patient experience, convenience, and quality care.

Make a lasting impression on patients at NewYork-Presbyterian as an account representative. Responsible for insurance verification, submissions for authorization and reauthorization for rehabilitation therapies. Cross trains with registrars to registrar, check in, and schedule patients. Assist patients with questions and concerns. Join a supportive team and help us deliver superior customer service to our local community. Preferred Criteria

· 2 + years of college

· Knowledge of Epic

Required Criteria

· High school diploma or GED

· Insurance verification experience

· Strong computer skills

· Effective Communication
