Senior-Level Accountant

This is a remote position.

• Monday to Friday
  
• 9:30am to 5:30pm Central (10:30pm-6:30 PHT) with a 30-minute paid break
  

• Set up and manage QuickBooks for multiple locations and vendors
  
• Handle extensive data entry and financial record-keeping
  
• Consolidate financial data from five retail outlets
  
• Develop profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  
• Provide financial insights and forecasts to support business decisions
  
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  
• Assist in transitioning from small business to corporate accounting structures
  
• Collaborate with management to optimize financial operations
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior-level accountant or similar role
  
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
  
• Experience in retail or fine furnishings industry preferred
  
• Excellent data entry and financial record-keeping skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and complex payment systems
  
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  
• Familiarity with transitioning from small business to corporate accounting structures
  
• Excellent communication skills
