About the role

Shift: Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM (flexible hours needed to meet business needs)

Pay: $20.00/hour

The Sr. Team Coordinator coordinates and guides the workflow of warehouse and crossdock teammates. This role is responsible for shipping and receiving tasks in a warehouse, crossdock, or production support environment focused on continuous improvement. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining shipping records, posting weights and charges, and handling regulated materials documentation. Heavy lifting may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and guide the workflow of warehouse/crossdock employees.
  • Facilitate safety teams as directed.
  • Review the work of warehouse employees for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with customer standards.
  • Stock, place, and record the location of received materials.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventory.
  • Crossdock materials to proper trailers and accurately record cross-docked goods.
  • Load and brace outbound products to ensure damage-free delivery.
  • Consolidate stock and replenish materials within the facility.
  • Pick, assemble, or sequence parts/orders for outbound shipments.
  • Ensure regulated materials are documented, loaded, secured, and stored per regulations and FedEx policies.
  • Complete tasks and documentation safely and accurately.
  • Unload, unpack, and record incoming materials; report all OS&D (Overages, Shortages, and Damages).
  • Record weights and shipping charges for outbound shipments.
  • Maintain documentation for outbound regulated materials, including certification, labeling, and packaging.
  • May be required to process and handle dangerous goods.
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, unpacking, and debris removal.
  • Attend safety meetings and report unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Perform spill cleanup per procedural guidelines for regulated materials.
  • Train entry-level warehouse personnel.

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive, relevant experience.
  • Forklift/PIT certification preferred.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain professional relationships under stress.
  • Promptness and attention to detail.
  • Experience operating banding, wrapping, packaging, or cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to use PC and/or RF-based computer systems.
  • Experience using manual or powered pallet jacks.
  • Ability to operate powered lift trucks and/or floor sweepers as needed.
  • Commitment to a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
  • Completion of all required regulatory training.
  • Ability to perform spill cleanup for regulated materials per guidelines.
  • Ability to read and understand regulatory manuals in time-sensitive environments.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Strong team player.
