POSITION SUMMARY:

Synergy is a large sub-specialized radiology practice based in Houston, Texas. Synergy has over 90 radiologists and provides services to hospitals, imaging centers, and ERs throughout Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, and Colorado.

We are looking for a Manager of Data Analytics to work in collaboration with the radiologists and administrative leaders of the Synergy practice. The ideal candidate will lead our data analytics efforts to optimize operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and drive business growth. You will oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of radiology, along with expertise in data analysis and business intelligence.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for developing exceptional relationships with practice directors, clients, and radiologists
• Provide regular analytical updates to all interested parties
• Administration of a localized practice database that presents analytics in a concise and easy-to-consume format
• Manage completion of all practice inquiries
• Create, develop, and deliver technical performance improvement plans
