The Role: Senior Digital Analytics Specialist

Your home team will be Martech team, but you are designated to help our HoReCa business to develop their business.

We’re looking for a candidate that can tie different stakeholders and needs together; you feel right at home when sparring with POs and business stakeholders, on what they should measure and why, in order to reach their goals. You can then translate these business needs to actual implementation plan and communicate it to developers – in detail and ensure implementation and data quality. You know how to handle collected data in data warehouse and prepare and communicate it to other data & analytics teams consisting of data engineers and analysts.

You will be part of Martech team and your colleagues will be Product Owners, Data Engineers, Architects and Digital Analytics specialists alike. Your daily work is with our HoReCa teams, namely Sokos Hotels and Restaurants (Raflaamo.fi), you will help HoReCa teams to identify what should be measured and why.

Key Responsibilities 

• Create value from digital analytics to our HoReCa sector businesses 

• Turn strategy and business goals to measurable KPI’s 

• Plan & build holistic measurement plans 

• Joint implementation with developer teams 

• Responsible of data quality and transformation 

• Collaboration with data & analytics teams

​What We’re Looking For 

• Business & strategy understanding of digital analytics 

• Proficiency in technical implementation (GTM, dataLayer) 

• Proficiency in data warehouses and SQL 

• Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or other 

• Experience with complex data structures and data modeling and tooling (dbt, matillion, or other) 

• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 

• Familiarity
