Wage- $19.30 to Start

• Be able to pass driving test and acquire a driving permit for 30 days on PR equipment.  After the 30 days, TMs will test again to ensure full understanding of the equipment and will be given an active license.  TMs must be able to drive the PR mule and, in some instances, the SC forklift and pusher equipment for loading purposes.  TMs must demonstrate safe handling skills as well as safe habits while operating machinery in the immediate area.   
• TMs must be able to operate machinery safely and efficiently on the loading dock, including stretch wrappers and inverters which, without proper operation, can result in severe bodily harm. 
• TMs must be able to communicate effectively with all TMs in the area. 
• TMs must be able to use the hand scanner for multiple areas within the freezer department.  Scanners are used to receive in product off the lines, driven over by the plant or brought in from a truck.  Scanners are also used to scan all shipments prior to loading.  TMs are required to understand the scanner- which is only in English format- and be able to use the scanner at the end of the qualification process individually.  TMs are required to fill out necessary paperwork for each load and document inventory on each load.  TMs must also be able to communicate effectively with the load planner for verification purposes with inventory coming in as well as shipments going out.  All paperwork is in English. 
• TMs must be able to understand inventory processes and follow Standard Operating Procedures. 
• TMs must be able to read and write for shipping and receiving processes in the area. 
• TMs must be able to lift boxes weighing 15-90 lbs. for 8 to 10 hours consecutively. 
• TMs are required to work the conveyor lines, moving boxes from the line to a pallet stack consistently for 8–10-hour shifts.  TMs are required to work these lines for 5-6 days in a row, depending on the rotation schedule set by management of the immediate area.  
• TMs are required to stack boxes on the loading dock for specific loads and are required to do this for 8–10-hour shifts as needed.  TMs are required to work the dock for 5-6 days in a row, depending on the rotation schedule set by management of the immediate area. 
• TMs are required to work rotating schedules and must have flexible work hours according to the start time of each area they are assigned for a specific week.  Start and End times differ depending on the position they are working in the rotation and change on a weekly basis.  Schedules are set forth at least a week in advance to aid with planning.
