Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA’s ESG strategy is built around four strategic pillars structured to advance opportunity, innovation, environmental stewardship and leadership. Within these pillars, specific focus areas and objectives help us prioritize ESG investments and drive progress across our value chain, from our people and operations to our products, services and partnerships. Our ESG team is structured within Global Communications and reports to the c-suite. We have a highly collaborative and effective team that is respected across the company and committed to accuracy, compliance and impact for our collaborators.

KLA is looking for an experienced sustainability professional who can engage with partners across the business to:

• Develop and complete our GHG inventory

• Monitor and lead progress to our goals

• Coordinate KLA's renewable energy portfolio in collaboration with our Global Workplace Services team

• Develop and improve business processes to optimize for accuracy and efficiency, and support the company's execution of regulatory due diligence in related areas.

The GHG inventory manager will support KLA's progress toward our science-based targets to reduce emissions and our goal to achieve 100% renewable electricity by 2030.

The successful candidate will show an ability to work as part of a highly collaborative and agile team, implement in a fast—paced environment, and an ability to collaborate and partner with a wide variety of global collaborators in a way that affirms and welcomes ideas and contributions from all.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

Base Pay Range: $97,800.00 - $166,300.00 Annually
