You’ll work on both the front-end foundation (components, testing, shared logic) and the backend systems that support our tools, from Node.js services to Go-based workloads running on the Aura Platform. </p> <p>This is a hands-on engineering role with room for ownership, creativity, and end-to-end problem solving.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Build, maintain, and improve foundational systems - </strong>You’ll develop reusable components, shared logic, backend services, and internal tools - enabling other teams to ship faster and more reliably.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Full-stack ownership - From UI to APIs to data handling, you’ll take features from ideation to implementation, release, and ongoing maintenance.</strong><strong>Research and experiment - The Framework is your sandbox. Our portfolio spans 7+ user-facing products.</strong></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work across the stack: React/TypeScript on the frontend; Node.js and Go on the backend.</li> <li>Build and maintain internal services supporting the Aura Console and other tools.</li> <li>Partner with designers, product engineers, and platform teams to shape technical direction.</li> <li>Continuously learn, experiment, and find areas to specialize in - helping the whole team grow.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h2> <p><strong>Frontend skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).</li> <li>Experience with state management (e.g., Redux).</li> <li>Experience with testing libraries and tooling (e.g., Playwright, Jest).</li> <li>Solid understanding of usability and user-centered development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Backend skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience building and maintaining backend services, ideally with <strong>Node.js</strong> and/or <strong>Go</strong>, but other backend languages are relevant as well.</li> <li>Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and modern cloud-native development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>General</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comfortable workin
