Bilingual Freezer Trainer

Position Overview

As a Freezer Trainer, you will be responsible for implementing a training experience that drives employee engagement and retention for new hire selectors and other non-exempt warehouse employees. You will work to build and sustain trusted relationships with business partners and Trainees, ensuring their success in achieving weekly performance goals and proficiency in all job duties.

• Earn $28/hour
• Shift - 1st Shift - 7am - done
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Overtime required as needed)
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Training new non-exempt employees in safe equipment operation, selection practices, productivity, quality and efficiency as outlined in the C&S Training Experience
• Training and certifies employees on power equipment while emphasizing company safety standards.
• Coaching new hires in efficiency and monitor weekly performance standards.
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback that addresses training needs and promotes development
• Sharing observations and feedback with Training Leadership concerning new hire progress and development
• Identifying training needs and makes recommendations on program effectiveness.
• Motivating employees toward a higher level of performance and links job responsibilities to current business objectives
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 2-5 years of related experience as a warehouse lead is highly desired
• Exposure to warehouse management systems, voice recognition, inventory control and/or labor management a plus
• Dynamic communicator, comfortable speaking in large groups
• Open scheduling availability (nights and/or weekends may be required)
• The ability to safely & efficiently move merchandise up to 60lbs & stand/walk up to 12 hours
• Desire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communities
• Ability and willingness to follow and reinforce all safety policies and procedures
