Product Associate Intern 
Summer 2024 (May 20th - August 23rd)
32 hours per week for 14 weeks
Onsite | St. Paul, MN

As Product Associate Intern, you will work alongside the Product Team and cross-functionally with other teams to identify and execute opportunities to improve our member (user) experience. If you are passionate about startups, wellness, building great products / user experience, and looking for a great team to learn and grow with, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with stakeholders and engineers to design and implement new product features based on customer feedback
• Research competitor pricing and marketing efforts for similar products
• Perform market research and interpret analytics reports on product usage and other metrics
• Conduct team meetings to ensure everyone involved in product development knows their tasks
• Collaborate with technical team to develop strategies for new and existing software
• Work with the marketing team to create and implement advertising campaigns
• Lead member experience research projects in collaboration with the Product Manager
• Monitor app feedback and report on major themes / opportunities for improvement
• Support the Product team in execution of our product roadmap
• Collaborate with Marketing, Development, and Customer Success to explore opportunities to improve member experience
• Help process support requests and member issue resolution
• Other miscellaneous tasks depending on skills and interests

Experience - Required:

• Previous work experience
• Experience partnering and coordinating with cross-functional teams

Experience - Preferred: 

• Pursuing a degree or certification in a related field (e.g. Entrepreneurship, UI/UX, etc.)
• Group / extracurricular leadership experience
