Position Overview:
As a Customer Experience Trainee, you’ll gain firsthand experience across key areas of our business, with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. This immersive program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and leadership exposure needed for long-term career growth. Rotational Assignments:
- Customer Relations (2 months): Engage directly with our customers, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Inside Sales (2 months): Learn the art of sales, build relationships with clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Quality Assurance (1 month): Manage cases and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Logistics (1 month): Dive into the world of supply chain management, gaining hands-on experience in inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Warehouse Administration (1-2 weeks): Learn the operational aspects of our warehouse, from order fulfillment to inventory control.
