About The Role:

As a Principal Security Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security architecture of our products and systems. This position demands a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, architecture design, and a passion for implementing robust security solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are designed and built with the highest security standards.

You may find yourself doing all of the following:

• Designing and developing comprehensive security architectures for our products and systems
• Leading security initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Conducting risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability testing
• Developing and maintaining security policies, standards, and guidelines
• Collaborating with engineering teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle
• Keeping abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, advising on best practices and countermeasures
• Mentoring and providing guidance to security and engineering teams
• Leading incident response and remediation efforts

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a significant focus on security architecture
• Deep understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
• Expertise in cloud security, network security, and application security
• Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR)

Other skills that are great to bring with you but that we can help you develop:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar
• Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Hands-on experience in JAVA, Solidity, Python, etc
• Experience in implementing security in a DevOps/DevSecOps environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
