What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-SOAS Defense Industrial Analyst, you will conduct all-source analysis of foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. Includes assessing the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment; their associated facilities and output levels, knowledge of foreign industrial complex, emerging and enabling technologies; and supporting industrial supply networks from raw materials to finished weapon systems. Your analysis includes but is not limited to overall industrial organization, production processes, industrial control systems, design, and surge capacities, cooperative arrangements with foreign defense industries and reliance on foreign technologies.
More About the Role:
You will get to demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences as a defense industry analyst. You will demonstrate your ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced as it relates to various defense industrial complexes, conditions, situations, and elements. You will demonstrate the ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
**This position is contingent upon award in October.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Desired Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years relevant to defense industry analysis.
- Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field (Finance, Economics, etc.) from a college or university accredited by a an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Understanding of JP 3-40, JP 3-25, ICD 203, and ICD 206
- You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 5 years relevant to defense industry analysis.
- Desired Education: Master’s degree in related field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by (Finance, Economics, etc.) the U.S. Department of Education.

- Expert understanding of JP 3-40, JP 3-25, ICD 203, and ICD 206
