All of this with cutting-edge technologies, and the most exciting tech stack with the best practices in the market. </p><p></p><p>If you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!</p><p></p><p>Your mission:</p><ul><li><p>Defining the strategic direction of your team and contributing to the technical strategy for our consumer products.</p></li><li><p>Guiding and coaching an exceptional team of engineers, mentoring them in technical and non-technical aspects, and leading them to build stable, scalable, and reliable features and services.</p></li><li><p>Establishing and growing best engineering practices within your team (e.g. TDD, CI/CD, Agile Methodologies, etc.) to improve the engagement,  the speed of delivery, and the quality of the features and services you own.</p></li><li><p>In close collaboration with the team’s product manager, you will lead projects, manage stakeholder expectations and dependencies, and do continuous prioritization, alignment, and cost management.</p></li><li><p>Play an active role in evolving our overall architecture, especially for systems and products owned by your team.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to scaling different processes of the organization, such as engineering hiring and onboarding.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Your heroic skills:</p><ul><li><p>You can set an inspiring vision that drives the team towards the bigger picture.</p></li><li><p>You know how to coach and mentor your team, you have the strategic vision to understand growth needs and how to scale a team, and you have a track record of hiring and developing the best talent.</p></li><li><p>You have a good understanding of the product and business KPIs, and how to translate strategy into action using the OKR framework.
