Job Description:
Title: Personal Lines W2 Producer
(Hybrid): (1-2 of days in office) | (Location/Based out of Atlanta, GA) | Experience: Quoting and Binding Personal Lines Policies
About the Role: Responsible for interacting with clients on complex accounts, devising creative solutions for coverage and costs. This role will exercise discretion and judgment on significant accounts, including negotiating pricing, interviewing clients, and analyzing information. This role will also implement company policies based on client circumstances, assist producers with cross-selling personal lines to commercial agents, handle new VIP accounts, and negotiate with underwriters. Responsibilities will also include quoting, participating in outside sales, seminars, and acting as the Carrier liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Solutions: Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.
Client Information: Collect and analyze client information.
Client Interaction: Regularly interact with clients in a professional and timely manner.
Producer Assistance: Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.
Sales Goals: Achieve established sales goals.
Marketing Expertise: Provide marketing expertise.
Networking Opportunities: Provide networking opportunities.
Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
State required active licensing
College degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong multi-tasking, organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills
High accuracy in handling large work volumes
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
