Job Description

• As the Lead Python Architect/Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based solutions on the AWS platform. You will be writing the custom testing framework used across the entire enterprise for our client and internal teams, even apps already built will be re-worked.
• Lead a small team of developers and engineers and be responsible for driving the technical direction of our project. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Lead by example by actively participating in coding and development activities, ensuring high-quality, maintainable Python code.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.

Qualifications

Specific qualifications for the Tech Lead/Lead Python Architect position include:

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Python, Node JS based applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on experience of cloud-based technologies, specifically AWS Cloud Services to test and deploy enterprise applications.
• Experience leading projects with new/emerging technology and/or products in the early strategy and design stage with proven experience in rapid prototyping.
• Advanced working knowledge of Python/Node tech stack and expertise in GraphQL, proficiency in DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, GitHub and Docker, optimally employ DevOps, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery.
• Expertise in developing detailed technical specifications, architecture for complex systems.
• Analyze and recommend changes in project development policies, procedures, standards, and strategies to development experts and management.
