What this job can offer you
- The opportunity to lead a key program. Take charge of Remote’s Customer Reference Program—engage satisfied customers to share their experiences and drive sales and marketing success.

What you bring
- Proven experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or a related field, with a talent for operationalizing and communicating marketing programs.
- Strong project management skills—ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and advocacy platforms.
- Experience managing customer reviews and reputation on platforms like G2, Trustpilot, and Capterra.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and present customer stories. Collect and organize case studies, testimonials, and other customer insights to ensure they are well-documented and effectively communicated.
- Maximize the impact of customer evidence. Work with teams to integrate testimonials and case studies into sales and marketing materials, demonstrating the value of Remote’s services.
- Manage Remote’s presence on global review platforms. Monitor customer reviews, respond appropriately, and use feedback to strengthen Remote’s brand and engagement.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $77,150 USD - $115,750 US. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level.
